This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Glixarexuth. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including the right to reject faulty goods and claim a refund, repair or replacement) and, for distance contracts, the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This policy is in addition to those rights and explains our voluntary return and refund procedures.
Our Commitment
At Glixarexuth, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (your right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days under UK law is set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations). To be eligible for a return under this policy:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made pieces: Bespoke scarves, jewelry, and accessories made to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Used items: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Opened kits: Accessory-making kits with opened or used materials
- Workshop bookings: Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with 48 hours notice
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our team
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to our studio address
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or of you informing us of cancellation, where applicable), in line with UK consumer law
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- For returns under our voluntary policy, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as described
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style (where applicable), please contact us to arrange the exchange. The same return eligibility criteria apply. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs for confirmed defective items.
Craftsmanship Warranty
All Glixarexuth accessories come with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care or storage
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Alterations made by third parties
