Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice; the price and terms applicable to your order are those shown at the time you place it. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom accessory commissions require a consultation and approval of design specifications before production begins. A deposit is required to commence work on custom pieces. Custom orders are subject to our Custom Order Agreement provided during consultation.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Glixarexuth and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Product Accuracy

We strive to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. As our accessories are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are natural and part of the artisan quality.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of ordering for standard products. For custom orders, payment terms are specified in the Custom Order Agreement. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise indicated.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Glixarexuth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. If you are a consumer, we do not exclude or limit our liability for breach of your statutory rights.
